Leicester Shootfighters Student of the Month October 2015: Chris
Recently returning to the mats at Shootfighters Chris has thrown himself in to training with a drive that has seen him reach and then surpass his previous level in a very short time.
But even when working out hard there is one thing always constant, the smile on Chris’ face. Something that has been noticed and commented on several times by other members.
Stepping up to compete in the recent Leicester NoGi Open Chris won his first bout by submission and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone made happier by a win in one of our tournaments!
In recognition of his dedication to training grappling and positive upbeat attitude we are very proud to make Chris our October 2015 Student of the Month.
