Fee: Only £30, which includes:

  • All course tuition fees (4 classes at scheduled days/times)
  • Certificate on completion of course

Payment must be made before first session to a secure place.
Places are non-refundable but can be transferred to future courses or academy membership if unable to attend.

Course Overview

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), as popularised by The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), has revolutionised modern martial arts and is the fastest growing combat sport in the world.

This course is designed for complete beginners in MMA. It is a step-by-step introduction to the basics of the sport and fundamental fitness training, the perfect way to sample MMA or as a stepping stone to beginning your martial arts journey.

Age Restriction: Adults only, 16+

Equipment Required: Please wear regular sportswear such as shorts and a t-shirt for training. No zipped hoodies or jewellery. All equipment for this course will be provided by the academy however you are welcome to use your own if you have it. We have a shop on site for anyone wishing to purchase their own training kit.
