Ladies Intro Martial Arts & Fitness Course

We’ve had a lot of requests for women only training so will be running our popular introduction course for February in this format.
This course is designed for complete beginners and is taught in small groups by a senior coach. It is a step-by-step introduction to the basics of Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu plus fundamental fitness training, the perfect way to sample training or as a stepping stone to beginning your martial arts journey.
Over the 4 week course you will learn effective techniques, discover the secrets of how fighters train, improve fitness and more.

This course is taught by a senior male coach with a female assistant.
Age Restriction: Adults only, 16+
Equipment Required: Please wear regular sportswear such as shorts/jogging bottoms and a t-shirt for training. No zipped hoodies or jewellery. All equipment for this course will be provided by the academy however you are welcome to use your own if you have it. We have a shop on site for anyone wishing to purchase their own training kit but this is not required.
