Iwan Baxter Yoga
Jiu Jitsu coach and yoga instructor Iwan has started a regular yoga class at the academy on Saturday mornings at 11am.
Come along to:
- Improve posture, balance, flexibility and core strength.
- Prepare mentally and physically for the weekend ahead.
- Unwind and stretch out after a week of work or training.
90min session covering standing and seated postures, breathing exercises and meditation.
All levels welcome.
£5 per class.
